Retainer Search
When you enter into a retainer relationship with JDR, we work to create an equal partnership with your company. Paid to strengthen a management team, we undertake these assignments and are trusted with confidential information. Our clients expect and deserve a thorough search for the best candidates. Although we may already know some or all of the ultimate finalist candidates even before the search begins, we still conduct an extensive search to make sure the very best people are selected from the talent pool. We offer discounted rates for searches requiring a national broad selection of high caliber candidates and dedicate a team of recruiters to your positions for those tough-to-fill positions.
Contingency Search
JDR’s Contingency Search is a service in which our client has the advantage of not paying a fee until their full time employment position is filled. Our recruiters will continually provide candidates until we get the search filled. In the Contingency Search process, our client first defines the need for the opening and discusses these needs with JDR. Next, both client and JDR mutually agree to the urgency, terms and fee provided by the client upon successful location and hiring of the candidate. Generally, the fee to the client is based on the annual compensation rate of the candidate.
Now, it is time to strategize! Our professionals will work very closely with our client and they plan a search strategy for locating top quality candidates in a timely manner. Through the preliminary screening processes, quality candidates are identified and contacted. JDR screens each of our candidates before presenting them based on the needs assessment of the client. The candidate is then presented to the client by phone, followed with an email summarizing the qualifications of the candidate and joined by the full resume of the candidate. Upon agreeing to meet the candidate, JDR will prepare the candidate for his/her face-to-face client meeting. After the face-to-face interview process, the client will choose a candidate; a verbal and written offer is presented by JDR to the candidate and the candidate has a short time frame to accept or reject the offer. Upon acceptance, the candidate communicates his/her decision to JDR which we coordinate back to our client. Communication with our client is never broken during the process, nor after the process is completed. Our follow-up and successful hires have made JDR a consistent top producing company in the Contingency Search arena.
